Red wine with an intense ruby red color with slight orange reflections. Spicy notes on the nose with hints of ripe red fruits. Powerful, complex taste, good sensation of ripe tannins that give a long and persistent finish.
Accompanies structured menus based on first and second courses of meat. Perfect in combination with aged Crotone pecorino.

Grapes: Gaglioppo 60% Greco nero 40%; Altitude: 60 meters above sea level; Harvest period: first ten days of October; Vinification: long red fermentation with must-skin contact and in controlled temperature; Aging: 24 months in French oak barrels. Refinement: 12 months in the bottle
