Intense ruby red wine with shiny garnet reflections. On the nose, balsamic notes with hints of wild berries. On the palate a pleasant softness, round, of good power, notes of red fruits, warm and vigorous.
Best combined with typical dishes of Mediterranean cuisine. Excellent with meat main courses, roasts over direct heat, spit and casserole. It goes well with fish soups with tomatoes and red & green peppers, fried fish with remarkable aromas and structures.
