Albino Bianchi and his wife, Clara Ranieri, together with a teacher from the Fondazione Italiana Sommelier, will guide Roman enthusiasts and tasters along a mini vertical of the two most representative labels.
The appointment is for Monday May 15 at Hotel Rome Cavalieri – Via A. Cadlolo, 101 for a tasting evening.
Here are the two bottles of our cellar at the center of the tasting: Molarella, a sheep in purity, an absolute interpreter of the salty shades evoked by the particular micro-climate where its fruits are born and growing; Jacca Ventu born from the native Calabrian Gaglioppo grape variety, an intense, dry, full bodied wine. Its ruby red color will conquer you.
